Our three waterfront homes the Charthouse, Mariner and the Spinnaker each have 5 bedrooms 3.5 baths, a swimming pool, playground, fire pit, kayaks and private pier. The Outrigger has 4 bedroom and 3 baths (unless booked with a waterfront home, the Outrigger does NOT have a pool or any water access) . The Quarterdeck features one exquisite bedroom and large deluxe bathroom with large walk in shower for two. Property is ideal for weddings, retreats, reunions and corporate events. Golf carts on site for rent, for multiple home rentals.
