•Up to 90 days prior to arrival: You may cancel for a refund, minus any applicable Vrbo fees up to 90 days before arrival. Note that Vrbo does not offer a 90-day cancellation option to property owners. If you wish to cancel, please do so through he Vrbo site.

•Balance Due: 90 days before your arrival date.

•Damage Insurance: A $89 damage insurance fee is due at the time of booking to cover any accidental damage during your stay.

•Restrictions: We do not accept college spring break rentals.
