Welcome to RiverSong Reunion Lodge, a spectacular riverfront family compound in Grand Lake, Colorado, designed specifically for large families, reunions, retreats, and multi-family vacations.

This one-of-a-kind mountain property features two custom-built log homes connected by a heated sleeping porch, creating a spacious lodge with over 6,500 square feet of living space.

RiverSong comfortably hosts large groups with:

• 6+ bedrooms
• 17 individual beds plus additional cots/pull-outs
• 5 full bathrooms
• Two full kitchens
• Indoor and outdoor dining for up to 22 guests

RiverSong sits on 2.5 private acres along 185 feet of Colorado River frontage, surrounded by tall pines and mountain views.

Across the river lies Arapaho National Forest, ensuring remarkable privacy and a truly peaceful mountain setting.

RiverSong Reunion Lodge is privately owned and hosted by Tim and Kami Gilmour, experienced vacation home owners and part-time Grand Lake residents.

We frequently use RiverSong for our own family gatherings and events, and we take great pride in providing exceptional hospitality.

Events:
RiverSong Reunion Lodge allows small casual events such as microweddings of up to 50 guests total (this includes guests not staying on property.) All events require a separate event agreement and list of guest names as required by our insurance company. Events with more than 24 guests will also be charged an additional $1250 event fee, which is due with final guest list 30 days prior to check-in.

RiverSong Reunion Lodge is fully licensed and in good standing with the Grand County Short-Term Rental Association and is an active member of the Grand Lake Chamber of Commerce.
