Secluded and beautifully decorated modern farmhouse-style with sweeping grounds and gardens... perfect for family gatherings: 5 BEDROOM/2.5 BATH home on secluded 3 wooded, beautiful acres! SLEEPS 15+ (Beds for 14 but air mattresses and couches for more!)
This property is in the ideal location, only minutes from Anchorage (going South) or the Matanuska-Susitna valley (going North)! Whatever direction you go, this home will be a perfect 'middle ground' located only 8 minutes outside of the charming little town of Eagle River, Alaska and 25 minutes from downtown Anchorage. Enjoy the 8 person hot tub right off the back deck and plenty of wildlife such as migratory birds, moose, and even bear that sometimes pass through the property grounds.
This property is a GREAT spot for families. Enjoy the zipline, kids playhouse/swing set, books, toys, etc!
The gorgeous master suite with king bed features a gas fireplace, MASSAGE CHAIR, and a balcony with fire table overlooking the beautiful birch tree forest behind the house.
