<p>One Ocean is a newly constructed beach house that embodies the perfect blend of modernity and coastal relaxation. This Ocean view gem exudes a serene and Zen-like atmosphere, making it an ideal vacation spot for those seeking tranquility by the sea. With its contemporary design and tranquil atmosphere, One Ocean offers a refreshing and rejuvenating escape. This modern vacation rental promises an unforgettable coastal getaway.</p>
<p>The home has six-full bathrooms and one half bath. We provide luxury bathroom amenities, premium towels as well as hair dryers so that you don't have to pack yours.</p>

<p>We have several deck areas, which include a dining table, lounge chairs, a shower, and a ground level entrance for the elevator.</p>
<p>24/7 Concierge-</p>
<p>We are available to our guest 24/7 via our concierge leading up to and throughout your stay to answer your questions, provide recommendations, arrange grocery deliveries or mid-stay cleans and more. If you are planning a corporate retreat, reach out, and we can assist you with the itinerary. </p>

<p>The kitchen is fully outfitted for all of your cooking needs-with a Keurig coffee maker (pods included), cooking basics, top grade cookware, appliances like a toaster and a blender, ice maker and dishwasher. The indoor dining area has a natural edge solid wood solid wood table seating for twelve with nine additional seats at the kitchen island. </p>
