This 12-bedroom, 12.5-bathroom complex is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 12000 sq. ft. The residence has a private pool, is right on the beach and is a few minutes' drive from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)
The complex consists of 2 adjacent luxury villas (each with independent entrances for added privacy).

Housekeeping can be arranged upon request, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements.
Rates vary according to seasons and the duration of your stay: massive discounts are possible for long-term rentals and low-season bookings (if you find a lower price, we will match it)! Also, only a small down payment is required to confirm the booking.
