Built in the early 1900s and updated several times, it has only had 5 owners since it's creation. Lots of updates for modern conveniences, but so many original features including wormy chestnut exposed beams, doors, and paneling...you'll feel the century of old charm. The property is very private and includes lots of outdoor activities to enjoy if you're relaxing at the house and around the property. It is one of the closest homes to downtown Asheville you'll find to accommodate larger groups .
Only 5 Miles to the Asheville Airport, 6-7 Miles to downtown Asheville, 4 miles to Blue Ridge Parkway and Biltmore Park. 5 Miles from I-40, 4 Miles to I-26, 7 Miles to Biltmore estate, and located less than 1 mile from so many restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and other nice amenities...you won't have to drive far for anything.
