Perfect for family reunions, bachelor/bachelorette parties, golf or snowmobile outings, hockey camp crews, fantasy draft parties. First class accommodations with plenty of parking for guests and trailers (the snowmobile trail crosses the driveway and several boat launches within 5 minutes). Amazing outdoor patios with outdoor fireplace, tv, pizza oven and grill. Outdoor bar and space for small outdoor events. This home is NOT located directly on the water. It is however surrounded by many lakes and rivers with nearby access to, sand bars, ATV and snowmobile trails, golf courses, cross-country ski trails, parks and of course the sober shuttle to many fine eating and drinking emporiums. **Due to Cleaning service restrictions weekend check outs are not allowed without approval.
