Casa Rio Mar Luxury Villas is a beachfront community of seven beautifully designed villas that work together like your own resort—perfect for weddings, corporate escapes, wellness retreats, family reunions, and creative getaways. With a total of 52 bedrooms, there’s room for everyone to stay close while enjoying the privacy of separate homes.

Each villa features its own pool, full kitchen, rooftop or garden lounge areas, and artistic design touches that blend style with tropical charm. Together, they form one exceptional destination with direct beach access, breathtaking views, and the most vibrant location in Jacó.

4-night minimum stay in high season. High Season is from January 6th - April 30th. 7-night minimum stay for Holiday Season. Holiday Season is from December 20th – January 5th.

We can accommodate up to 140 people and the villas can be rented together or separately depending on the group size.

At check-in we require a $2500 fully refundable deposit hold on a credit card.
