Guests enjoy full access to the villa, including all suites, leisure areas, kitchen, gardens, sauna, and service quarters. No shared spaces or condominium rules apply. The private deck and boat with sailor are available for river crossings at any time.

Additional Information

* Daily housekeeping, cook, gardener, and pool services are included.

* For groups over 8 guests, an additional fee of R$550/day applies for an extra housekeeper and kitchen assistant.

* A refundable security deposit equal to one night’s stay is required and returned within 24 hours after check-out, provided no damages occur.

* Pets are welcome with prior approval.

* The village of Caraíva is accessible only by boat; a private crossing is included.

* As the villa faces the river and pool, young children must be supervised at all times.

* Small events are permitted upon request (extra fees and rules apply).
