BOOKING RULES:
PEAK SEASON (Memorial Weekend until the 3rd week of August):
Reservations must be 3, 4, or 7 nights starting or ending on a Sunday.
SEPTEMBER AND THANKSGIVING:
Week-long (7 night) stays must be Friday-Friday. Shorter stays can start any night, but Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together (no Saturday check-in or check-out).
OFF-PEAK 2 NIGHT STAYS:
Two night stays are allowed on weeknights (Mon-Thurs) during Off Peak (mid Sept - mid May). Any exceptions must be approved directly with Faria Resorts before booking. Any two-night stays are allowed in Jan, Feb, and April.
NO 1 NIGHT STAYS
NO CHECK-IN OR CHECK-OUT ON THANKSGIVING DAY, CHRISTMAS EVE OR CHRISTMAS DAY
This unit is best suited for 24 adults (max) and 8 kids. The base rate covers up to 24 guests. You may have up to 8 more, (32 total guests) but guest fees will apply and 24 is the max number of adults. For weddings and events, a minimum of $7,500 surcharge will apply. All events must be approved prior to reservation.

The lake shoreline is just one block away from our property line. You can also rent a boat from either State Park Marina or Indian Point marina. Both are 10-12 minutes away.

There are two other queen size bedrooms in the newly remodeled downstairs area.
