Conveniently located in the heart of the ocean isle beach - just steps away from the pier, coastal museum, ice cream shop, miniature golf, shops, and restaurants....And just a short 1-2 minute walk to the beach!!!

This beach house has everything! It is specially designed for extra large multi-family gatherings - perfect for family reunions, weddings, the super bowl, holidays, corporate or golf trips!

Interior features

The home features three living rooms, a huge gourmet kitchen with upgraded stainless appliances, spacious granite counter tops, two island breakfast bars, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two sinks, and large dining area w/table that seats twelve. The kitchen is very well-equipped with plenty of work areas for multiple 'chefs' to create delicious family meals.

The home also has an elevator, game room with pool table, poker table, and foosball table. Wireless fiber internet access is included. Other items include

The home is custom furnished and decorated in playful island colors and themes. Walking through the home, you are truly transported to a tropical paradise! The living and common areas are bright, spacious, and elegantly but comfortably appointed and furnished with plenty of seating for everyone. Each of the eight bedrooms has a unique feel and there's even a special room for kids dubbed 'the pirate's cove' with built-in bunks and custom play area.

Exterior features

A private custom HEATED pool and private shower with hot water. The pool is lined with plenty of lounge chairs to bask in the sun. Sit in one of the many rockers to relax and watch the ships go by from one of the many spacious decks all around the house! There is even a top level cupola or look-out to take advantage of the amazing water views. Barbecue and grilling area, private playground with swings and sandbox.

And to top it all off, there is a private extra large floating dock with sink. Bring your own boat- (or rent one) and pull it right up to the backyard!

Kayaks are provided at no charge for guest's use.

This property has outdoor cameras showing the points of entry to the home. There are 3 ring cameras and a Ring doorbell and they are used only for security. A request can be made to inactivate during your stay. Please confirm at Check-In that the inactivation has occurred.
